International yoga teacher trainer and Seasonal Yoga entrepreneur Julie Hanson helps clients maximise their potential both on and off the mat.
Setting the scene
Julie came to us because she felt her business lacked direction. Having delivered yoga teacher trainings for many years, and with a suite of websites to manage, she felt it was time to consolidate, branch out and let the world know what else she has to offer.
Holding the branding workshop
Over the course of a 2-hour workshop, we asked Julie lots of important, and sometimes challenging, questions about her business. We used a tool called the Business Model Canvas to provide a framework for the workshop.
By allowing Julie this valuable time to talk about her business, we were able to tease out her true values and purpose. This allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of who she is, where she’s coming from, why she started her business, and where she ultimately wants to take it in future.
Preparing the branding document
Following the workshop, we set to work preparing the branding document. We captured what had been discussed during the workshop, came up with ideas for Julie’s brand values, messaging, and the products and services she could offer, and made recommendations for next steps.
Tying it all together
We then presented our document to Julie, running through our findings and ideas with her. She was very pleased with the results and found the whole process invaluable and enlightening, giving her a new enthusiasm for what she does. You can hear this in her own words in her video testimonial below:
