Restructuring the website

Friskvårdskollen’s website was in need of some attention, so they bought our Website Restructure Package. This involves reviewing and editing the site architecture, consolidating pages, adding new pages where necessary, re-using a lot of the existing content and also refreshing and adding new content as needed. The goal is to be able to take visitors on a clear journey through the site so they can easily find what they’re looking for, so adding a call-to-action (CTA) on every page is also an important part of this package.

Creating a style guide

Although they didn’t buy a logo and branding package from us, we did create a style guide to apply a new colour palette and typography to the site. This gave the site a much more professional feel, pulled it together more consistently and gave it a fresh, sporty new look.

Identifying the audiences

We identified two main audiences for the services they offer - those in pain who need a quick fix and those looking for help with their sports training in order to reach their goals. This audience segmentation helped to reorganise their main navigation and is also featured on their new Start Here page (Börja här).

Clearer booking process

We made the booking process much clearer and easier, by taking visitors on a much smoother journey. From the two services landing pages, you can now click to read more about each service, then click a booking button for the treatment you want, which takes you straight to that service in their booking system.

Redesigning the footer

We redesigned their footer to add a footer menu, contact details and a signup form for their mailing list, which didn’t exist on their old site. Now visitors can sign up to the mailing list from any page.

Booking from any page

Visitors can also book a service from any page, as we created a Book Now button (Boka Nu) in the main menu. However, because this doesn’t work the same on mobile, we also added a Book Now button to the homepage, which only displays on mobile.

The result is a fresher-looking, more streamlined website, which is much clearer and easier to use, as you can see in the before and after video below.
